Just 4 Girlz offer a full money back guarantee on any items that are damaged on arrival. These products will need to be returned to us in the original packaging within 7 days, so that we can exchange, or reimburse you. Returned items will be checked, and if found to be opened or used, then no refund will be given, and a charge for re-posting will be made.

Any un-opened items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. If, after examination by the seller, it is established that the goods have not been opened/used then the seller will refund the purchase price. Refunds do not include postage and packing costs.

Due to the nature of some cosmetic and jewellery products, we regret that we are unable to exchange any item that has been shown to be used for hygiene reasons.
